I'm Kristin, Aussie born, Swiss based writer and photographer, wife to my Swiss hubby and mum to our three kiddos. Our home is always filled with lots of kids, music, a pile of recipes to try, and my camera and notebook are never far away. The way to my heart is a made from scratch meal, a glass of something (I am not picky what) with a side of good conversation. I travel to eat, listen to podcasts to open my mind, live simply to have more time and take online courses to feed my never ending passion for learning something new.
Having grown up in the suburbs of Brisbane, Australia, I have now called central Switzerland home for almost as long as I did Australia. Our town of Zug, home of the best sunsets, is a nice contrast between Swiss and international cultures, where you will sometimes witness a Masarati stuck behind a tractor driving down the main road. Zug is close enough to Zurich for a delicious brunch or to escape to the airport but just as close to the fresh air of the Alps for hiking trips and stunning views to capture.

... started in the photo albums of my grandparents, and has brought me to this place where I now take photos to document both family businesses looking to tell an authentic story. I love stunning light, laughter and sparkle in the eye that only genuine happiness can show.
MY LOVE OF WRITING
... developed from my photography, and together they go hand in hand to tell a deeper more authentic story. I want to share more than just the moment, and all the details that photos sometimes miss. I love to share what I continue to learn about myself, my travels and yummy food that I find along my journey.
But all in all its all about moments. I love to capture everyday moments, authentic moments, big moments but also those little moments that may of otherwise gone unnoticed.
